Hello Saiyans!
I was shocked as much as you are once I found out that Ultra Instinct is a real thing that exists in our world!
Yes... This is no BS. Instinct is actually present in all of us, mostly in Animals because their intelligence has not evolved as much as ours.
Instinct is your bodied knowledge regardless of your minds knowledge.
Its kind of hard to explain but, for example a certain repetitive pattern of movement will be engraved in your muscle memory, AKA instinct. Once your muscles / body learns those patterns it can predict everything similar to it and than your body acts on its own without involving your mind at all.
If you fuse your instincts with reflexes, and if you train your body to be fast and strong, you could achieve something similar to Ultra instinct.
The best example of "NOW" is Conor Mcgregor. He has a built in instinct and is familiar with the movements of his opponents that he could counter them and have perfect precise shots.
Conor is no where as strong as most of the guys, but he has that Instinct and reflexes that grant him the edge in most of his battles.
But the over all master of "Ultra Instinct" Is Bruce Lee. He was the closest one to achieve pure ultra instinct. Bruce Lee was aware of this and he spoke of it so much and even tried implementing these methods of fighting in movies.
He said: " A good martial artist does not become tense, but ready, not thinking yet not dreaming, ready for what ever may come, when they expand I contracts, and when he contracts I expand... And when there is an opportunity I do not hit, it hits by itself. "
Ok, back to Dragon Ball. A perfect warrior / martial artist, does not act on what his mind tells him, but rather keeps his mind as calm as possible and just leave his body to it.
I have read a ton of literature regarding this, and it is most possible to achieve.
But one key thing is present, which could sound at first very contradictory..
Before you can master Ultra Instinct, you will need to train your MIND/ BRAIN to be passive and to be relaxed at all times. So you would need to do a lot of meditation in order to train your mind not to interfere with your body.
So In order to become a monster, you will first need to become a plant.
If this post gets a lot of traffic and if you guys DM me on Instagram @new.planet.vegeta about it just enough times, I will write a detailed post on how to master instinct and than dip into ULTRA INSTINCT.

Well I guess we will find out soon enough. But until the episode airs, we can asume and guess what will happen. Create our own versions of the outcome.
Well this is mine.
We all know that HIT is a very strong guy, but he was beaten by Goku who was much weaker back than, and is much weaker than his LIMIT BREAKER / ULTRA INSTINCT form.
The answer is simple. Where is Vegeta in it all? Lets take into consideration that Vegeta was not in shock after he saw Goku turn SSJGSSJUI ( these short names for forms are getting rather long ).

THE BATTLE BETWEEN HIT AND JIREN!
Dragon Ball Super Episode 111
We all know that HIT is a very strong guy, but he was beaten by Goku who was much weaker back than, and is much weaker than his LIMIT BREAKER / ULTRA INSTINCT form.
So how will Hit do?
My idea on this battle is... That HIT has been anylising the battle between kakarot and Jiren this entire time, and has maybe/ POSSIBLE found a weak spot of Jiren which he will use in battle.
But still, will that be enough to win against JIREN THE GREY? Probably not.
Well how will they beat JIREN? :O
The answer is simple. Where is Vegeta in it all? Lets take into consideration that Vegeta was not in shock after he saw Goku turn SSJGSSJUI ( these short names for forms are getting rather long ).
Why? Vegeta is ALWAYS angry with kakarot whenever he accomplishes something like a new form, power attack... Or what ever else that sets a clear line between Goku and Vegeta and their power levels.
This time Vegeta was not in shock, not angry, he was just not THAT much amazed by the new transformation. WHY!?
Is it because Vegeta has a skill of his own? Is it because he has trained on his own, without letting Goku in on the secret, maybe Vegeta has a form EVEN stronger than the Ultra instinct.
Also, let us take into consideration that there is a possibility that they may FUSE, and the probability of it is QUITE high.
Mind i remind you that Gogeta is not CANON? Yeah, Gogeta appears in a movie and in Dragon Ball GT, which means he is not cannon. But from what I understand JANEMBA was stronger than SUPER Buu, which got Vegeto absorbed - Was stronger than Vegeto.
What better way to introduce Gogeta than in an EPIC battle vs Jiren.
So to sum it all up.
Hit will loose to Jiren, and Gogeta will be born :)

THE ULTIMATE BATTLE ! GOKU VS JIREN !
Hey guys, are you STOKED for tomorrow? The 1 hour long battle that will be between Goku and Jiren the grey?
What a stupid question... OF COURSE YOU ARE!
Well all of us are. Everyone is thinking how Goku will win, in what way, will the NEW FORM be the stepping stone which will turn to Jirens GRAVE STONE. What will the name of the new form be? Will it be Super Saiyan of Legend or Super Saiyan God 2? Or maybe Super Saiyan 3,5 ? heheYes jokes are funny and all but all of us want to know the real thing. Lets get served the REAL DEAL.
Well, you better have your tissues next to you, cuz you will most definitely need them my friend..
Goku.... WILL LOOSE. Yes you red well. Goku will loose, making the Jiren the winner of THIS battle.
Goku will be loosing very very bad even with KaioKen x 20, so he will form a spirit bomb. Most people are assuming that both Zenos / Xenos will lift their arms up high so Goku can get their power for the spirit bomb. Also people are saying that Androids will give him their LIMITLESS power so the spirit bomb will have limitless power... well.... WRONG!
People do not understand the difference between SPIRIT and KI force. People are not letting Goku take thier power for the SPIRIT BOMB, they are just sharing their life force with him in order to make the spirit bomb.
So Even if Zenos and the androids give him "Power" It will not be limitless... Thats why Jiren could reflect it, leaving Goku facing his own Power attack.
Goku does not absorb the spirit bomb, neither does it remove all of his "EVIL or BAD" from his soul... No, It just helps Goku get his new form... The name of the form is currently unknown, but Goku gets " MASTERY OF MOVEMENT " which Whiss mentioned to Goku and Vegeta waaaaay back. This is the form that lets your body act on its own, like a reflex, meaning that you do not have any latency in movement. Your mind is completely turned off.. NO, just kidding, but your body acts on its own without the mind interfering.Well that will not be enough for Goku to win againts Jiren.
So after beating the sensu beans out of Goku, Jiren goes after HIT next. So my estimate is that He is going after the strongest guys one by one.
It is unknown what will happen next, but I PRESUME, that Vegeta will jump in, to assist Kakarot in this fight with Jiren. Cuz Goku will not get eliminated, nor killed, he will just be beaten bad, but will still be in the race. Well I think, and most certainly HOPE that Vegeta and Goku will form so we see some Gogeta ( or even Vegeto ) againts Jiren, because thats the only way they could win. Remember, fusion increases the power level VASTLY as it multiples the powers of the two participants. So Goku Power level x Vegeta Power Level = Gogeta / Vegeto.There is also that possibility that Gohan may jump in, but I really hope that the first forecast is real.
